A workshop for woodland landowners interested in increasing their wildfire resiliency. You will learn about basic fire behavior and how to remove and safely pile burn hazardous woody debris. Please reach out to friends or family in the area looking to learn about this economical and safe way to dispose of hazardous woody debris. Experienced wildland firefighters will be present - bring your questions about forest management, thinning, pile construction and pile burning. 

Cost: FREE

We will be outside. Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions, including boots for walking.
